• The card should fill at least 60% of the image — zoom in so it takes up most of the frame
• Keep the camera directly overhead — avoid angles or perspective distortion
• Ensure good lighting with no harsh shadows or glare on the card surface
• Card should be flat and unobstructed — no fingers, sleeves, or other objects overlapping the edges
