To permanently delete your KardSight account and data:
- Sign in at kardsight.com/login (or in the KardSight app).
- Go to My Account → Security.
- Click Delete Account, enter your password, and confirm.
This immediately and permanently deletes your login credentials and KardSight profile data (portfolio, saved lists, and account details) - this cannot be undone. If you have an active subscription, cancel it first from the billing portal linked in My Account; deleting your account does not automatically cancel billing, and Stripe retains payment/billing records separately per its own retention policy for legal and tax purposes.
